Looking for Moderators! Notes to me ONLY.

A couple of weeks ago I sent out a message to the staff saying if the workload didn't lessen for the upper staff, there would be a massive clean-out. In that time, there has been little to no effort put in, so I have effectively removed over half the staff. In trying to make an equal amount of work for every staff member of DA World Wide, Moderators are put in charge of working on submissions, which is their only job. This job effectively has to be done by myself and the upper staff lately most of the time. Now, we had 20 Moderators, which means in any given day, each Mod would only have to do roughly 2 minutes of work each. I'm not sure about the other staff, but lately I have been spending almost an hour a day working on submissions. Any member of staff we have not seen active in the submissions, or any not active in over 2 weeks have been removed and placed back into the Members section. Please note, We can SEE who has logged in and been active in the group via the Control Panel! We have only kept staff who have been active in the last week at this point, sad as it is.

This leads me to this blog; Calling out for new staff members. ANYONE who wishes to join the Moderator team MUST NOTE ME PERSONALLY!! Answering this blog or sending a Group Note WILL BE IGNORED. In your Note, please indicate the following information;

-Your age
-Your timezone
-How much time you spend on the website daily.
-Any other information you feel is needed to add.

Moderators will work on submissions to the group. If a work is submitted correctly, you will hit the Yes button. If it isn't, you will hit No, and them let them know to resubmit to the proper folder.

I also have never made this public before, but 99% of the time, I will automatically rule any application out if the person has no photo or indication of anything on who they are. If you want to join the staff and you have no whereabouts, age, gender or picture, I cannot have that. I'm trusting people to help run this group, and having nameless, faceless people with no information is just something I cannot deal with. So please note, seeing who you are is a BIG PLUS!

And I can't hammer this point in enough... we want ACTIVE MEMBERS. We strive to be the fastest response time on DeviantArt, where no one has to wait more than a couple hours to have their works approved or notified upon!
